01Contact and invoice forms
On the Netlify-hosted site, Netlify Forms processes contact enquiries and invoice requests for Voltcarts. Invoice requests include your name, email, phone number, product identifiers, quantities, listed prices, subtotal, notes, consent and a request reference. Configured Netlify notifications send the captured request to the seller, who can reply to the email address you provide. Do not include banking credentials or other sensitive information.
02Other contact channels
Phone, email and WhatsApp links open your chosen communication app. Information shared there is handled outside this website.
03Browser and order storage
Persistent browser cart storage contains only product identifiers and quantities. Pending checkout details, submitted invoice receipts and private bank-order access tokens use browser session storage for recovery and reopening in the same session. Bank-transfer orders on the separate bank checkout are stored in the Voltcarts order database with hashed access and request identifiers for security. There is no sign-in or card payment. Bank transfers are checked manually and are not confirmed automatically.
