Fitment and charging

Settle these before you choose.

A similar voltage or capacity does not mean a pack fits your cart.

  1. 01

    Match the cart system first

    A 51V nominal lithium pack serves a 48V cart system; 38V serves 36V; 70V serves 72V. Pack voltage and system class are different numbers — never mix classes.

  2. 02

    Measure the battery bay

    The source data has no verified dimensions. Send bay measurements and photos so the case layout (Cube, Skinny, Thru-Hole, large case) can be checked.

  3. 03

    Use a correct lithium charger

    Lead-acid chargers are not a substitute. Confirm the charger matched to the chosen pack in your quote.

  4. 04

    Check controller, wiring and mounting

    Controller rating, cabling and brackets vary by cart. Ask for every installation part to be listed.

  5. 05

    Confirm range and warranty in writing

    Range depends on cart, load and terrain. Manufacturer warranty terms are the manufacturer’s — confirm them before purchase.
